ISCAS provided Fareham with management support during a time when the benefit section was encountering poor performance. BFI reports and DWP support highlighted areas for improvement.
ISCAS acted as Interim Head of Benefits, initially reviewing working practices and then implementing changes to improve performance.
Significant DWP bids for new software, training and hardware were successfully made.
Performance quickly improved and within one year all PI’s were in the top or second quartile, The service was soon reporting to Members significant improvements in performance and staff morale
